Soon the author of these lines receives a mail: “…today’s message from A.: “ I’m in Afghanistan, but am hidden. I don’t have any contact with nobody. Because of the threats I’ve lost my family and I don’t have any idea about them” … . These are the results of “our” Peace mission. A sad story. I don’t know any more, how I could help him.”
The one writing here again addresses these and the following words to the close friend – the friar at Kabul : “The big ignorance obverse the Afghans – I have always noted that, when I was working there. Once I told “my engineers” – if Germany after WW2 had been treated the way, Afghanistan was treated still 8 yeaars after the invasion – in the 1960s we would have had a new war in Central Europe – most likely soon also over and above. It cannot be, that the West there is acting lacking any responsibility! What is still left there from humanism and charity, when they let everything go down the drain! … In my passport Kabul is my place of residence. I’m ashamed of it being a German passport. If I hadn’t noted this increasingly rankly performing fascism globally in these last years – I would immediately ask for political asylum at another place. Because – here people should know best, what it means, when more and more dominos fall and the sound of battle is growing louder and louder. Because – in effect it was Obama’s undoing, Merkel (ultimately and irrevocably?) committed with her silly “saving=austerity dogma”. That was the ultimate weapon of Tea-Party-fascists against the US-American people. When this is continuing like that, dear brother – then – good night.” – That way he assails the poor spiritual brother.
The first sentence – one is increasingly more tempted to insert the Greeks and other Southern European peoples instead of the Afghans. Ignorance is the sister of stupidity and cowardice – and – irresponsibility. How long do the chancellor and her technically aswoon executors stand that?
The following reply of the spiritual brother – his words sound exhausted. The answer from the one writing here:
“Dear brother, of course I know, that you – particularly you yourself are living and working in Afghanistan since quite a long time and – I admire your work and your staying power. Whenever I told people here about you, they listened attentively. Because – ultimately judgment day over Afghanistan and the Afghans has already been long time ago – the verdict has already been handed down. Nobody has put it in a nutshell the way Ulli Ladurner did that in his ZEIT-article in late September 2010: “They are Incapable for Democracy! – The West Denounces the Afghans and Detracts from his own Failure (- his own Breakdown).” 6 – I absolutely wanted to get to know him and Can Merey7 from dpa – German Press Agency, located in Delhi – there in Afghanistan and both have become close friends of mine. Ulli has had quite some trouble as a freelancer at the ZEIT for still gaining something after that article was edited. You’re talking about thousands of containers of nuclear waste, the Russians have drowned in the Northern Sea. In our propaganda press though it’s not mentioned any more, how much oil is spilling the Gulf of Mexico everyday, because the drill hole of the Deepwater Horizon could never completely be closed and – the true radiation datas from Fukushima are as well almost completely kept secret in Western media as well. ALL OF THEM are plundering and despoiling the planet – Mother Earth – the Americans first of all ( the Chinese, we not any less at all – all of us). But – everybody’s just pointing a finger on the others. Nothing is done for changing – for improving things.
Well – you’ve experienced all of them – all three totalitarian systems there in Afghanistan – the Soviets and their invasion, that gave the Warsaw Pact some 12 more years, the Taliban with their perverted interpretation of the Qur’an – now the West. Carl-Friedrich von Weizsäcker and some others predicted that subtle dictatorship, which now steers us into recession or downfall long time ago. The crazy thing about it is – Miss Merkel there is almost powerless – we’re quasi observing the implosion of the Pax Americana in real time and – we must prevent, that it becomes an explosion.
Your personal bottom lines – I deeply respect and honor them. But I have given life to two kids, I have sent into that world. Every father – parents, who love their kids want, that they are well – that they will have chances for living a good and fulfilled life. This isn’t guaranteed since long time. Germany goes the most extreme way in fulfilling an ideological agenda – as it has always done within the last 90 years. A Mafia leadership, where everything bit by bit is destroyed, what also my parents have built up with many others. Education and experience are unconditionally punished in such a system. Or – do you think I gained some money here in Germany after my job was cancelled in Kabul? Most doors, I knocked on (gently, but certainly decided) weren’t even opened a bit – others were just closed in my face. But – no particular case.
Insofar – the Armageddon, you’re describing – there will be more and more people standing up against it – they are already doing that. It won’t be easy, but – we just have inherited that world from our children – for once quoting that phrase. There’s a lot of truth in that – and – some incentive.

At another point he yet had written: “My books regarding that – weak point analysis of the hitherto existing procedure there (in Afghanistan) and development of pilot projects with precise assessment of demands – as I could study all that for 1 ½ years on-site – not even one publishing house had the courage to edit that yet. Entrepreneurial risk versus Peaceful initiatives for enabling a broad discussion – in Neoliberalism always the entrepreneurial doubt wins – the improvement of living conditions there – rebuilding concepts between socio-economical analysis and Engineering sciences – nobody there is interested into that. Thus – let them just be at war with one another – or – does one even not think that far any more?
Well – I suppose, we have to be afraid, that the ones, deciding there don’t even think that far any more.”
Bald erreicht den Verfasser dieser Zeilen dies: „…die heutige Nachricht von A.: “Ich in Afghanistan aber geheim. Mit niemandem habe ich Kontakt. Ich habe wegen der Bedrohungen meine Familie verloren und habe keine Ahnung über sie”….. das sind die Ergebnisse “unserer” Friedensmission. Traurig. Ich weiss nicht mehr wie ich ihm helfen könnte.“
Der hier Schreibende richtet diese und folgende Worte erneut an den befreundeten Ordensbruder in Kabul: „Die große Ignoranz gegenüber den Afghanen - ich habe das auch vor Ort immer angemerkt. Zu “meinen Ingenieuren” habe ich einmal gesagt - wäre Deutschland nach WK 2 so behandelt worden wie Afghanistan 8 Jahre nach der Invasion - in den 1960ern hätten wir wieder Krieg gehabt in Mitteleuropa - wahrscheinlich bald auch darüber hinaus. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass sich der Westen so verantwortungslos da verhält! Was ist dort noch von Humanismus und Nächstenliebe geblieben, wenn man alles den Bach herunterlaufen lässt! … In meinem Pass ist Kabul mein Wohnort. Ich schäme mich, dass der Pass ein deutscher Pass ist. Hätte ich nicht überall weltweit in den letzten Jahren diesen immer unverhohlener auftretenden Faschismus erlebt - ich würde sofort woanders politisches Asyl versuchen zu erhalten. Denn - hier müsste man es eigentlich am besten wissen, was es bedeutet, wenn immer mehr Dominosteine fallen und der Gefechtslärm immer lauter wird. Denn - eigentlich hat Merkel mit ihrem dummen “Sparwahn= Austeritätsdogma” Obama (endgültig?) das Genick gebrochen. Das war die letzte Waffe der Tea-Party-Faschisten gegen das US-Volk. Wenn das so weitergeht, lieber Bruder - dann - gute Nacht.“ - so bestürmt er den armen geistlichen Bruder.
Den ersten Satz – man kann dort immer mehr Griechen und andere Völker Südeuropas einsetzen statt Afghanen. Ignoranz ist die Schwester von Dummheit und Feigheit – und – Verantwortungslosigkeit. Wie lange halten die Kanzlerin und ihre eigentlich ohnmächtigen Vollstrecker das durch?
Die folgende Antwort des geistlichen Bruders - seine Worte klingen müde. Die Antwort des hier Schreibenden dann:
„Lieber Bruder, natürlich weiß ich, dass Ihr - Du ganz besonders - schon lange in Afghanistan lebt und arbeitet und - ich bewundere Eure Arbeit und Euer Durchhaltevermögen. Immer, wenn ich von Euch hier erzählt habe, haben die Leute aufgehorcht. Denn - letztlich sind die Urteile über Afghanistan und die Afghanen schon lange gesprochen. Keiner hat dies so gut auf den Punkt gebracht wie Ulli Ladurner in seinem ZEIT-Artikel von Ende September 2010: ” Die können keine Demokratie ! - Der Westen denunziert die Afghanen und lenkt vom eigenen Versagen ab.”6- Ihn und Can Merey7 von der dpa in Delhi wollte ich unbedingt in Af kennenlernen - sie sind beide sehr gute Freunde von mir geworden. Ulli hat nach diesem Artikel lange Zeit als freier Journalist bei der ZEIT Schwierigkeiten gehabt, noch etwas zu verdienen.
Du sprichst von tausenden Containern Atommüll, die die Russen im Nordmeer versenkt haben. In unserer Propagandapresse jedoch wird nicht mehr darüber berichtet, wie viel Öl noch täglich in den Golf von Mexico sprudelt aus dem nie ganz geschlossenen Bohrloch der Deepwater Horizon und - die wahren Strahlenwerte von Fukushima werden auch in westlichen Medien quasi verschwiegen. ALLE rauben und plündern den Planeten - Mutter Erde aus - die Amerikaner zu allererst (die Chinesen, wir nicht minder - alle). Aber - man zeigt nur noch mit dem Finger auf andere. Nichts wird getan, um die Dinge zu bessern.
Nun - Du hast alle erlebt - alle drei totalitären Systeme dort in Afghanistan - die Sowjets und ihre Invasion, die dem Warschauer Pakt noch 12 Jahre gegeben hat, die Taliban mit ihrer perversen Auslegung des Koran - jetzt den Westen. Carl-Friedrich von Weizsäcker und mancher andere haben diese subtile Diktatur, die uns jetzt in die Rezession oder den Untergang steuert schon lange vorhergesehen. Das Verrückte ist - Frau Merkel ist da eigentlich auch machtlos - wir beobachten quasi in Echtzeit die Implosion der Pax Americana und - müssen verhindern, dass sie eine Explosion wird.
Deine persönlichen Schlussfolgerungen - ich respektiere und achte sie zutiefst. Ich jedoch habe zwei Kindern hier in diese Welt gesetzt. Jeder Vater - Eltern, die ihre Kinder lieben, wollen, dass es diesen besser geht - dass die Kinder Chancen haben auf ein gutes und erfülltes Leben. Das ist schon lange nicht mehr gewährleistet. Deutschland geht wie immer in den letzten 90 Jahren den extremsten Weg bei der Erfüllung einer ideologischen Agenda. Eine Mafiaherrschaft, in der alles langsam vernichtet wird, was auch meine Eltern mit aufgebaut haben. Bildung und Erfahrung wird in einem solchen System bedingungslos abgestraft. Oder - denkst Du ich habe hier in Deutschland nach meiner Kündigung in Kabul Geld verdient? Die meisten Türen, an die ich (freundlich, aber bestimmt) angeklopft habe wurden gar nicht erst geöffnet - andere wurden mir vor der Nase zugeschlagen. Aber - kein Einzelfall.
Insofern - das Armageddon, das Du beschreibst - es werden mehr und mehr Menschen dagegen aufstehen - das tun sie schon. Es wird nicht einfach werden, aber - wir haben diese Welt von unseren Kindern geerbt, um hier einmal diesen Spruch zu zitieren. Darin steckt viel Wahrheit - und ein Ansporn.
Es umarmt Dich ganz herzlich und - mit nicht minder herzlichen Grüßen an Deine Mitbrüder – sf“
An anderer Stelle hatte er noch geschrieben: „Meine Bücher dazu - Schwachstellenanalyse des bisherigen Procederes dort (in Afghanistan) und Entwicklung von Pilotprojekten mit genauer Bedarfsermittlung - konnte ich ja selbst vor Ort 1 1/2 Jahre machen dort - kein einziger Verleger hat bisher den Mut gehabt, das zu verlegen. Unternehmerisches Risiko vs. Friedensinitiativen zur breiten Diskussion - im Neoliberalismus siegt immer der unternehmerische Zweifel - die Verbesserungen der Lebensbedingungen dort - Aufbaukonzepte zwischen Sozioökonomie und Ingenieurswissenschaften - das interessiert da keinen. Also - lass sie sich doch bekriegen - oder - denkt man schon nicht einmal mehr so weit?
Ja - es ist zu befürchten, dass man nicht mehr so weit denkt.“
The author of these lines could thus recently observe the weakness of development aid, which doesn’t match people’s needs and that way also doesn’t exceed a half-life of more than two years in the most intensive way. The fact, that concepts, which were aiming at mid- and long-term improvements were almost impossible to communicate – Western officials, who unfortunately don’t know a lot about the country and its people included here – I’m sorry to address that now at Western politics. And – regarding that one wishes some more responsibility to be accepted – also from Germany. But this would mean as well, that the own part of the blame should also be exposed – something, that isn’t foreseen in the concept of the “magical hand”, where everything happens by itself and should continue to move on like that.The “German Angst” of any totalitarian claim on planning and ideology, deeply rooted in the mind of prosperous citizens in West and East is adequately encountered by that and – at the same time this fear is lead ad absurdum and the prosperous citizen, talking about “two dictatorships on German soil in the 20th century” are given the runaround.
And – we’re not talking about Merkelianism, but about Merkelwesterwellism. As vice chancellor, who received his practical professional education as a lawyer straight in the paternal chancellery and here again – chief of the black-yellow coalition junior partner he’s as much a key figure in the system of Merkel’s power instinct. Some prosperous citizens, waiting for Godot in their niches even call the man a “brilliant rhetorician” – what approximately says something about the analyzing capacities of many citizens reigned and bypassed on all management levels with the “magical hand”. Indeed – there aren’t many to be able to spice “zero-content-messages” with seemingly sharp-sighted polemics that way. As these polemics according to the neo-feudal pecking order are mostly attacking the plebs - the social parasite and Hartz-IV-receiver and others, who are actually wallowing themselves in poverty on their own responsibility and who then even get mercifully subsidized by the welfare state Mr. 18 per cent that way also skillfully guards and covers the Moevenpicks and other powerful clients, who instead are steering him with their “magical hand”. And- in case, the power and competence vacuum from the valley of the Know-nothings at the Foreign Office is becoming too obvious – then soon this state offers the chief some brilliant occasions for shining upon the mat splendor of the sinking star from the smaller coalition partner. The vacancy of the always clearly apparent low leveled knowledge and the even lesser experience especially in questions regarding foreign affairs – joint with the arrogance of power and the ignorance of somebody, who according to the right of succession always poses himself upon others and – who that way is even incapable to learn and to make experiences is sometimes frightening. When he’s heedlessly speaking about “regional problems in the region” during his first state visit in India then he that way offers a permanent chance for Merkel’s own profile to be outlined on the international parquet, that has to be cleaned up again. The recipes for soft soap and floor-wax there for covering flaws and blunders and the lacking load capacity of the rotten substructure are following the common “business as usual”-credo. The chair in the UN-security council then from many sides is interpreted as Westerwelles success – but also as his chance for profiling himself – instead it will similarly to climate change become more and more a top priority and that way will offer the chancellor many occasions for posing herself into the light and not only for recommending herself as chancellor for a black-green coalition 2013, but for making her indispensable for that position. Norbert Röttgen – Minister for Environment, who at present is replacing the permanent kicker Rüttgers in the opposition in North-Rhine-Westfalia - he will actually guarantee her many fields of applicationin environmental discussions - the more so since as he as party friend will focus on the struggle for the change of power there in the highest populated Land NRW with most of his engagement therein himself. And – the proclaimed election defeat for the Christian Democrats’ Union in Baden-Würrtemberg in March 2011 – Black-green there could also lead to the weakening of the smaller and yet less experienced governmental junior partner – particularly in consideration of the railroad project S21. (What is exactly happening these days - Winfried Kretschmann as the first green Minister President has inherited something quite complicated, as he needs to face the music of 15 years of prejudged proceedings with contracts, which are adequately “water tight and not to dissolve at all” 26in that core conflict, which actually mainly led to his election. And – sooner or later this will lead to black-green policy, because the Social Democrats as punished shaky candidate on all fieldsmight not be able to set real political signals to steer against that trend. And – that way chancellor Merkel could win on points again on the confederation level. 27 Power and competence vacuums “in Times of Late Roman Decadence” – thus – of the unconditional „Homo hominis lupus est“- mean nothing else than „eat and being eaten“. The Merkelwesterwellism thus is the present stamp of the supposed “Natural State of Man Anterior to the State as Organization of Society”of Teuton barbarianism – to ask Thomas Hobbes for advice here.28 However - Westerwelle is a variable in the system Merkel. The danger, that soon a green party member as the following variable will be eaten is under the present circumstances quite big. If it’s then named Merkelözdemirism or - against all expectations within a great coalition – Merkelwowereitism – that’s almost at pleasure – the creation and the clever and smart use of power vacuums is the single system constant of Merkel’s Chimeraenterprise – led with protestant labor ethics and with the heritage of FDJ – the East German Free Democratic Youth organization and Stasi – GDR state security.)
Who’s able to steer a punished boat that way through the battle can only become chancellor again in 2013. The message for the voter is more than clear – the more so since the green party – not to mention the social democrats won’t be able to build up a similar profile united in one person until then (but just – a synergetic one – in the sense of a renaissance of social democratic – and green ideas- a personality to act in a credible and authentic way and able to present itself with that profile as well. Because – it seems, as if both parties realize much too slowly, which forces have thwarted them over the decades and of which kind are those forces, which are still paralyzing them and which enormous challenges are now urgently asking for even bigger efforts – efforts of programmatic kind and with regards to content– efforts, which first of all request a basic analytic understanding of the situation).
The Merkelwesterwellism thus goes farther back on a wide variety of vocabulary for leaving everything as it was according to the neoconservative revolution of Sarkoberlusconism in Berlin as well and for marching through that with the „magical hand“ – seemingly not having any plan and that way also by no means suspicious of being a dictatorship. A brilliant strategy indeed for rebuilding a democratorship, which displays itself here and which now strives towards its perfection. Smoke grenades, the opening up of secondary theatres of war – such as “debates on integration” led by Federal Bank principals (and still social democrats party-members), who then get paid with 1000 Euro out of the public – the taxpayer’s hand for their disappearance from the viewable screen by Federal Presidents (who were just “elected” as new system variables) and who then soon get followed by “Multi-Kulti-“ multicultural funeral eulogies from chancellors and other mock battles also belong to the rich claviature of Merkel(westerwell)ism.
Ultimately the whole theatre performance – staged by the “magical hand” always intends to distract from the fact, that there’s no plan any more for the whole society – except just one – the bare retention of power of a system, which is completely paralyzed in its own telegenic mimicry and its administrators of stagnation – with Judith, presenting the head of Holofernes on the silver dinner tray, Lady Macbeth and Jeanne d’Arc in personal union on a provincial stage of the Uckermark 29 with occasional Rhine provincial foreplay and interlude. (A Peace of North-Rhine Westphalia 30 will that way in the absence of competence from this side never result from that). During the final chord, when the public opinion, acting in the backstage area already hooted silently, scarcely audibly in this roar in the course of the racy speed up some already muse loudly about further steps for firstly virtual gagging and captivation of this mischief. (Considering the continuously growing terroristic threat – at least the impression shall be created – against all data and facts and the catchword telecommunications data retention 31 gets introduced increasingly often into the discussion – whereto it needs to be said, that the StasiBND 2.011 neither has the staff, nor the training for even evaluate this amount of data in a clever and efficient way until its dissolution). In the orchestra pit there are already some singular disturbed functions in the course of the first violin’s racy change of speed and simultaneous thwarting of the other groups of strings to be noted – de Maiziere’s cattle drums shall paint over the dissonances – but – the thumbscrews for the lastly foul-mouthed wind section are too loose again and – the public opinion – despite of virtual captivation and gagging threats some singular increasingly louder counterparts are audible again. The singular ranks of the feudalized society, which are constantly played off against each other and also continue to push forwards this nice squealer game in any order – the passive audience, instantly kept in check again and – itself keeping actively in check – they are asked to applaud for the actors on the stage and in the orchestra pit. Agitation and ideologization of the masses squatting there in their niches instead leaves the lambs – the voices solely for the potentates’ power trips rather at a loss behind. Of course – one got used to that already within living memory – which is since one generation at least. Nevertheless – this feels rather weirdly strange (Similar to the one cannibal asking the other one with oddly paralyzed facial features while they are consuming a clown: “Tastes really strange, doesn’t it?”). On the balconies and in the parquet rises a many-voiced murmur. Bashfully some are applauding – others stand up from their seats avidly and show with a straight-faced resolute look, that they find it just magnificent, how the act of sitting out things, the “Architect of German Unity” 32 – the instructor of the sweating female hero on stage there has demonstrated it yet in the first act of that long play up there on stage was led towards such a rich and elaborate performance – such a colorful dramaturgy. The main actress – the corners of her mouth are youthfully tightened while she’s looking at those, who are still applauding there. The lacrimal sacs underneath her eyes – they have disappeared in these moments. But – when she lets her eyes wander across the silent poker-faced crowd, where some people are cautiously whispering to their neighbors clapping their hands over their mouths – then everything, what appeared to be that tight before instantly falls down. That’s the way it should be – nothing shall change – because – only that way it’s good – only that way it can be good. It has always been like that. Thus – it should always be like that. At the end of history. Full stop.
The curtain falls down. The protagonists’ faces are petrified. With shock ?
This production actually happened in fall 2010. The Chimera guillotinist appeared almost daily on the Pole positions of Online journals of the parliamentary – better the governmental underground with tightened corners of her mouth – again an essential deformation of law and justice had been rushed through for securing the next generation of Christian Democratic sovereignty. In early fall 2011 almost everything instead happens behind Jean Paul Sartre’s Huis Clos – the locked doors – with “No Exit” at all 33, whatparticularly Sarkozy, the gnome of Mme Bruni from the Elysée and the glory of the Uckermark from the washing drum in Berlin 34 are guillotinizing together. Some Elder Statesman – including former chancellors Helmut Schmidt and Helmut Kohl have already turned with some critical words to the woman from Uckermark. She instead presents herself more and more as beaten with complete deafness by the continuous loud hissing and noise of the guillotine while beheading all the roots of a democratic and multifaceted Europe – acting as the chief of the execution task force “United Strong Europe – ESM” 35. „Activists“ meanwhile still believe, that the long time demanded and now announced transaction tax shall bring a load relief for already destroyed markets. And now also Merkel’s predecessor Gerhard Schröder has issued his frightening statement, which testifies one more time, how deep the crisis of confidence of the people in Europe towards that ignorant cast of emperors still has to grow, when those are just maundering about “The United States of Europe” without the people – but with deeply corrupted financial markets 36 . JP Morgan’s tender offer to the Bank of America and – the soon decision in the war of lead currencies won’t delay the decay of Europe, but will rather soon cause the end of a dishonorable spectacle. And end with terror ?A Europe, that never intended to develop a common European identity but instead should only obey materialistic features cannot be viable at all. Europe is also a place of ideas. Those ones are more than ever needed in a world growing together at the beginning of the 21st century. An “Old Europe” – using Donald Rumsfeld’s terminology again here, which particularly on behalf of the two big ones – Germany and France rather is following a destructive “Tea-Party-Politics” of fragmented, partly radicalized old parties and their rope teams – Europe’s GOP’s 37 - a Europe like that won’t withstand.
When the challenges of rebuilding though cannot be accepted here – who shall take them? China – a pressure cooking pot, ready to overheat? Considering the gigantic real estate bubble there, which is mostly based on US-state bonds (about 64 million completely over-priced new-built housing units – sufficient for accommodating Germany and – in consideration of the above average size of new built flats in the booming Kingdom threatened of loosing its Middle mostly also the Benelux countries – 42 m2 per person estimated) and the big fear of Communist party leaders of upheavals of the huge armies of exploited migrant workers? And – the US – a paralyzed bounty hunter, changing between wheel chair and walking frame, more and more disabled to use his legs? The Electro mobile – after the recent nuclear meltdown and an accumulator damage conditionally operational – a giant in the doldrums, who still sets his sharpest critics on terror watchlists – amongst them also leading scientists and climate researchers- so that the President is able to do some steps with the walking frame – with the GOP’s and their radicalized splinter groups shotgun put to his head? The King of Tonga, the President of the Maldives, peasants in the Bengal Ganges Delta - even the mayor of the holm Gröde in the local Wadden Sea 38 here don’t seem to recognize the time any more – some seconds to 12. And – all that fuss because of some paper sheets with numbers on them, which soon will loose their value anyway?
Many citizens in the US and in Canada – and also in Spain – in those countries, where the Subprime-Crisis 2008 had enormous impacts on the heavily indebted ordinary Joe and his wife – and their kids – many people know, that they are living in dictatorships and that there’s nothing to expect from leaders. Dictatorships, which altogether display a gigantic system, that just because of its mere size doesn’t offer real points of contact. Most citizens though in Germany just realize that at a snail’s pace – with at least three years of delay. They still seem to believe in “regulating forces” – and the “Good” in these forces. The “gently applied shock strategy of sovereigns ruling without any alternatives” – they realize that just, when the deviation from the “That has always been that way” -Credo gets too big – too painful – when they have to give up their own place on the upper deck. Those ones, “ruling without any alternatives” – they also don’t know, that they are dictators – because – “it has always been like that”. A dictatorship of ignorance also is distinguished by the fact, that almost nobody really recognizes the deformation of the (legal ) space, in which he or she is moving. The slow pace of Thinking – “It has always been like that” – and the Credo of „Business as Usual“ – „The affairs and transactions have to go on – that’s the only guarantee for stability” complement each other perfectly. Nobody realizes the peaks of the icebergs under the ocean’s surface where the nutshell is headed to. And – just some few exactly know the course and also know, when they will be able to collect the rather modest accounts of the castaways, who are struggling about the few seats in the life boats. A dictatorship can also be distinguished precisely by the fact, that within the ignorance of everyday suppression those ones in power “acting without any alternatives” are completely lacking the understanding, that they are acting unlawful and – the castaways themselves just realize too late, that the space, in which they felt at home doesn’t know any more basic right – least of all their own right.
It becomes much more subtle then in other cases – when for example in Italy during the third phase of the Lex Berlusconi in April 2010 the Cavaliere discredits Roberto Saviano as a traitor, who fouls his own nest and by those means more or less declares the Gomorrah Whistleblower as an outlaw. Berlusconi’s daughter, owning the eminently respectable publishing house Mondadori, where also Saviano publicizes his books has certainly affiliated this accusation with reservations. In the feudal state ties of blood are more important than social engagements. And – not only there. Blood is just thicker than water. Apart from that – Saviano - these days much better known than the two Anti-Mafia judges from Palermo - Roberto Borsellino and Giovanni Falcone ever were before they got murdered in the early 1990s – as a martyr he would also increase the family empire’s wealth by higher total revenues for the publishing house. The Italian Prime Minister, always acting in a highly adapt and artful way also knows about that. And – the first step for Saviano’s social ostracization is done by Berlusconi’s powerful and everywhere present televised word being spoken out. Free riders, who have the elimination of “delinquents” like Saviano on their schedule are always easy to be found – if they are single perpetrators – “individuals, acting on their own” or acting on behalf of whoever might authorize them. Berlusconi also knows about that. And – the occasions in any case of political disorders – perhaps the Mediacrat’s fall caused by his crown prince Gianfranco Fini or other political opponents – they will then soon be there for the mob after having lost his bearings and Berlusconi’s resolute free riders will then for sure take time by the forelock (as already mentioned in the beginning – the original text is from late 2010, when especially Fini was giving the Cavaliere a hard time – now, in late summer/ early fall 2011 it’s rather the financial crisis and – the Italian people, finally waking up - and – the Media and Financial empire of the Cavaliere itself, which has lost a lot of his value as well. And – it’s not only the Italian people – it’s more and more evident everywhere, that the wake up call for the citizens is essential to prevent the mob taking over on the streets. Corresponding uncontrolled excesses of violence might result from that and will soon turn everything to the opposite and discredit a movement particularly in the eyes of those, who hold all executive monopoles of power in their hands. This becomes more and more obvious). The “Politics of the Sports bar” 17 – the Italian equivalent to the rural regular’s table in the German cultural area – it moves over from Sarkoberlusconism to the Machiavellism of Berlin – of Neo-Prussian make-up – the Merkelwesterwellism. Whereas the “Sarcoberlusconian Conservative Revolution”, which needs to change everything that way, that it stays the same in the course of acceleration by frantic stagnation “wants to shift the Latin, Roman law and order model of society close to the North American reference model”, the Merkelwesterwellism is characterized by evidently different features, rather deeply rooted in the German Teutonway. Does the Sarkoberlusconism still join the “Euromediterranean neoliberal model of Bonaparte’s kind” 18 with “state reform, respect of Catholicism and a reference to television and entrepreneurship” 18 the Merkelwesterwellism intends to raid and annul federal structures of German right with protestant labor ethics and within the act of unconditional “bypassing management levels” – and “pushing government legislation through”. Does the Sarkoberlusconism still unite “Democracy as a competitive performance put on stage for a broad audience with the dictatorship of mimicry and the eventual moment” 18 the Merkelwesterwellism continues with the reversed onus of proof, which cottons up to the Anglo-Saxon – in particular US-American momentof mixing up criminal law and civil law in the adequate Teuton clumsy way and that way also provokes de Maiziere’s extremely doubtful terror alerts and continues permanently with the unconcealed disassembly of essential citizen’s rights guaranteed by German Basic Law. (By the time, this text was written originally – by the end of 2010 the present Minister of Defence was still Minister for Interior and the terror alert bells were ringing several times – sometimes also in those moments, where the audience should get distracted from other events particularly loud and shrill. The one writing here is the last one to doubt, that there is terrorism and – that there are dangers lurking everywhere. Where and how terror instead happens and realizes itself – that’s something different. However – as somebody, who has also lived and worked in Afghanistan the one writing here also knows, that there is something such as “Islamist terror”. But – there are also many disproportions, which grow into paranoia and – there the question is- where is there a rest ofcommon sense at “leaders”, who were supposed to steer the state boat through the floods and seemingly melting icebergs? – or-should there be aimed at intimidating the “German Michel” 19 permanently- for enabling those ones in power to get all their legislative offensives through behind closed doors? The question has now, in early fall 2011 – with ESM 20 and all other precautions connected with the Euro-Crash been already answered by itself )
The chancellor with the telegenic mood parameters- the corner of the mouth sometimes more, sometimes less hanging down this way gets the chance to present her artful performance on the keyboard of unconditional retention of power at the end of the neoconservative revolution. The sphinx-like impenetrability of her strategies clarifies itself already in the fact, that some people suppose, that in fall 2010 in the manner of Lady Macbeth she doesn’t want the prolongation of running time for nuclear power plants at all and hopes, that this decision might fail in front of the Federal Administrative Court for then enabling her to tell everyone afterwards – coalition partners, her own party members and energy suppliers, that she had tried everything, but – it just didn’t work. And – that she now by those means already prepares the black-green coalition of Christian democrats and green party in 2013 – as chancellor of a 60 % coalition 21. And – the permanent way of “bypassing all management levels” - better – of “permanently rushing the bills through” in autumn 2010, that way already degrading the parliament to the status of a governmental board for nodding everything through – this could also in consideration of the long-term perspective of many legal initiatives already aim at arriving at a good starting-point for black-green and – for already starting the demolition of the smaller coalition partner then in quite a smart and hidden way. Does Judith here already swing the sword and ask secretly for the head of Holofernes, although he’s not there yet – but – he’s already visible as the shadow on the wall? Even better – because of the fact, that the prolonged running time for German nuclear power plants already gets permanently beaten soundly through parliament with many bills and amendments – the three headed Chimera now represented – the two heads of the lobby of energy suppliers and future coalition partner green party then she will already have cut off this strange being and her own position in the party will one more time be irrefutable- a laughing smile on the last uninjured neck next to the cut off bloody stumps, where the other two heads of that being from Greek mythology were situated – now lying on the ground. And - she just will smile her own special sphinx-smile with the corners of the mouththat have downrightly been tightened by the “magical hand”. (Of course – everything went a different way – Fukushima has shocked everybody in “post-heroic Germany” deeply and – the “steerswoman” of this nutshell on the wide oceans then immediately turned around the steering wheel – with the result, that now becomes apparent, how much the energy suppliers will steer against that – how ponderous they act in moving over towards a real “energy change” – the more so since they insist on their monopole status. That way a real development offensive is completely excluded - at the end of the day it’s just profit maximization as the main target for those, who have already led to the ruin of everything. 22 Thwarting already starts, before the real game actually got kicked-off – potentials should furthermore be eliminated unconditionally - or they should as well be marginalized. Jürgen Klinsmann and Jogi Löw would have got hissed mercilessly as national football-team coaches 2006 and 2010 with a concept like that and they would have rightly been given the boot-or-as we say it in German – “sent into the desert”).
Angela Merkel’s staffing policy at the beginning of black-yellow in fall 2009 does already tell its own story: The coalition’s most popular politician is put on the ejector seat in the ministry of defense and - Freiherr zu Guttenberg develops an outstanding profile there despite of the consequences of a disaster – the Kundus massacre in September 2009, despite of the black Good Friday 2010 with seven killed German army members and five Afghan National army soldiers killed in „friendly fire“ by the Germans. Also, when he then directly afterwards orders sixty armored Eagle tanks from Switzerland – as a surprise raid without any public bidding and that way also displays the lack of any strategy and concept of the preceding governments , what also German soldiers there on the ground in Afghanistan always find fault with there’s just some quiet murmur to be recognized amongst the people. Because – according to the unilateralism of military solutions, which is the only way to be propagated in Germany as much as elsewhere and corresponding to his office he’s acting in the right way and – his popularity amongst the troops – particularly in Afghanistan itself grows adequately. And – the soon developed reform concept of rebuilding the German army to a professional army – it’s overdue since a long time (what instead definitely is lacking is- like in all unilateral recipes - the anchorage of the professional army in the German Basic Law – which is mainly caused by the fact, that the German Basic Law itself has evidently already got lost). Zu Guttenberg’s growing support – amongst uniformed citizens as much as amongst civilians safeguards him from many voices, which then soon get louder, because army bases and adequate jobs will also fall victims of concepts for tightening and saving within the rebuilding process of the German army. Insofar he grows into being a maker and – when the Spiegel already entitles him as follower for becoming chancellor he immediately ensures Merkel (and the troops) for his loyalty. And – as he makes himself indispensable in the defense resort the chancellor can also here sustainably win on points. (Later then, when he gets more and more attacked because of the reproaches of plagiarism related to his doctoral thesis and when he then finally steps back on March, 1st 2011 the chancellor just backs him with some likewise vague tactics. Finally then his resignation is the right step, because soon he becomes unbearable for the chancellor and her everyday micro-management-style.)
The casting though of externally effective resorts with ministers of the small, the yellow, sometimes dangerously choleric coalition partner, even seemingly suffering from hepatic disease gives her as well the occasion for some sustainable wins on points. With Dirk Niepel receiving the post of the “Minister for Economic Aid for Developing Countries”– just the resort name by itself is already misleading– thus – boss of the “Ministry for economic collaboration” – somebody gets the job, who before wanted to abolish that own resort. And - at the UN-Millennium Conference the chancellor then also clarifies, who’s the boss – in the most efficient way for the regular’s table she gives all the responsibility for the failure of conventional development concepts to the – slovenly said “corrupt franchised dealer countries in the South” and asks those to accept some additional responsibility. That Merkel therein requests more efficiency and more target oriented concepts is definitely right – but – doesn’t she show with her unilateral criticism, that Germany itself doesn’t take over enough responsibility? And – the therein immanently covered justification for Berlin shortening the development aid budget from the requested 0,7 % of GNP to 0,35 % also displays the total lack of any concepts of the “Business as Usual Ideology”. Because – regarding the rebuilding process of “Economic Aid for Developing Countries” towards a coordinated partnership - serving the people instead of corrupt feudal lords the “North” is at least as much challenged as the “South”. And - efficiency can only be increased, when the evaluation of ingenious concepts starts with a reasonable project management. That can only happen by means of the reduction of bureaucracy and the development of sustainable concepts, which are able to catalytically improve the living conditions of as many people as possible and therein also aim at a really productive increase of efficiency. And – there the exchange of knowledge and technology and concepts, which integrate education on all levels into projects are still most largely in their infancy.23 ( In addition to that considering empty accounts the will for any kind of change in proceeding towards sustainable development work is lacking. This shall also be outlined and designed here and – within that the practical purpose of proceedings like that shall be represented in a pragmatic way. And – the economic benefits of proceedings like that – especially in times like these will soon be clearly evident as well. Because – it’s more than obvious, that the evaluation of all experiences, which have been made hitherto within exclusively acting concepts – particularly in Afghanistan show anything else but positive results. And – that cannot be burdened alone upon the Afghans’ shoulders. Unfortunately the judgment of the whole situation here as everywhere else takes place without the least empathy – empathy instead is – not only according to Jeremy Rifkin an integrative part of the “Global Consciousness” 24.The question instead, how long a German or any other Western citizen would keep his or her pride and honor – as integrative part of himself as a human being in a country in a war now lasting more than thirty years – this question is never asked from so called experts – but – it’s the essential approach for willing to discover exits from misery. Insofar the principle of the proxy-war manifests itself one more time in the lacking ability for any kind of empathy of the ones waging war on all levels. 25)
As it seems, as if the rebels in Libya have now triumphed over Gadhafi I first of all want to express my admiration to the people of Libya and congratulate them to that victory. And - when I said yesterday, that WE, the indignant people in so called Western Democracies should use “all means of civil disobedience – of peaceful protest – until the very end we should take action and unite and fight back – without any arms” – than this isn’t valid for the people for example in Libya or in Syria or elsewhere, who directly are forced to look into the barrels of guns and who can be sure, that the one on the other side of the gun would pull the trigger immediately if they moved just one inch. Nevertheless – it’s always hard to say – how can people in Gaza fight against Israel’s superiority – its cruelty – permanently marginalized by Western media ? It’s tough work, the Libyan people now have to do – after mourning the many victims and celebrating the victory over the dictator – take my best wishes from here ! But - I wonder, why the West still wants to bring people from Gadhafi’s government to court at Den Hague – isn’t it time to think about establishing another court at another place - in another region of the world – a court, which soon will have a lot more of work to do – a big amount of work, judges and institutions at Den Hague cannot do at all within the next years ? And – wouldn’t it be a significant sign, if that court would be established in the Southern hemisphere – at a place, that suffered a lot from recent proxy wars ?
As the one writing here already has mentioned before – this is the second book of a concept - a dissertation, he started after his return from Afghanistan – noting pretty soon, that it was hard to get access to corrupt markets in Germany. More and more he also noticed - Afghanistan seemed to be tabooed here in Germany and – the man writing here even felt kind of stigmatized for having been there ! He contacted many people and many universities and institutes and asked here and there – he just found himself outside – in front of locked doors.1 Working in Afghanistan – at Kabul, the fastest growing town in Central Asia – the so called “Developing World” and - a War zone had been a challenge and – he went there pretty optimistically, thinking, that he could contribute a lot of his experience into making things better. He loved Islamic architecture and had researched for more than twenty years on analogies in life – and in urban patterns between the “Orient” and the “Occident”. For a certain time the window was open for change – for being able to develop a pilot project, that was also announced as a model project for Kabul and Afghanistan by the two patrons of that British-American NGO, he was working for – HRH the Prince of Wales and President Karsai. 2 But then the system of ignorance and lack of research – and of competence regarding, what really was needed on the ground for people living there – the system of a thwarting administration of stagnation fought back and – in the end he was facing a similar situation like always within the last ten years – sustainability was just an alibi – used as an adhesive plaster for covering a suppurative focus – thus – there was no sustainability at all. The whole approach – the whole strategy was just a mockup – in all levels. It couldn’t work that way – ignoring people’s essential needs – with water as the key element – a sustainable urban water management project for a small part of the Old Town. (Which will be described more in details soon - as it is also basis of the pilot project strategy to be presented here as well).
When he had headed down there to Afghanistan, he already urgently wanted to get to know two German journalists of mainstream media he had found, who really in 2007 until his departure in 2009 had reported on eye-level with the Afghans – and – he just ran into them by chance at his most favorite places – in Babur’s Garden in Kabul 3 on a Friday evening he met Ulrich Ladurner from the German Times (ZEIT) and – on Noruz – the Persian New Year - March, 21st , 2010 in front of the niches of the Buddhas in Bamiyan he met Delhi-based German press agency (dpa) Correspondent Can Merey - the guy, who had written “The Afghan Misery” in summer 2008 – a book, that was never translated into English and thus – failed. He – the one writing here had recommended that book to British and American colleagues and also had contacted the editor, whether they would go for an English translation. But - this great analysis of the situation in that tortured country at that turning point – when there were more Western soldiers killed in Afghanistan than in Iraq – it didn’t exceed the German provincial market. 4 And – one of the last articles from Ulli Ladurner from the Hindukush then – in September 2010 in the ZEIT was titled “They aren’t capable to go for Democracy !– The West Denunciates the Afghans– and Distracts from his own Failure” 5. And – developing a proposal for a sustainable strategy then back in Germany – what happened? Nobody was interested – “no market” etc. – Germany had given up friendship to a country, that had been a friend – a partner country throughout the ages! And – this is going on. Afghanistan should only be regarded as a zone of Barbarian people, who aren’t able to live a social life ! And – people here even do believe that “clash of Civilization” NeoCon-propaganda and – behave that way.
Thus – noticing that the author here founded ANY Architects and Engineers and started simultaneously developing architectural and urban planning projects in neighborhoods he knew very well in his home town and – he wanted to get to know better while working with the communities – thus – evaluating essential needs of these places and the citizens living there. And – then – at the first site – an urban wasteland plot of 6.6 hectares (about 16.4 acres) – abandoned since more than 15 years – he directly got blocked again by those procedures, that recently had caused the riots in Stuttgart, in the south of Germany.6 Just – he arrived there with a proposal, before law and order could be started to get stretched for those, who were in favor of getting the job of developing this place – without regarding local needs – just for the accumulation of money. He soon then started to assemble “Urban Development – City Destruction and - Strategies for Rebuilding our Cities at the Beginning of the 21st Century- From the „Car-friendly City“ towards the short-term profit maximized „Globalized“ City – or – towards “The Social City in Times of Global Warming ?” - Case studies from Germany (Düsseldorf) and Afghanistan (Kabul).” The first book focused on his home town Düsseldorf (Germany) as a transferable example of a “Northern” city was written and – in most parts blogged in German – the second then – towards “The Global City in Times of Climate Adaption ? “focused on Kabul (Afghanistan) – is now following. Most of it just needs to get translated into English now – the one writing here will soon after these introductive words start doing that. By diving into the shark basin of the real estate branch he got to know German Mafia better. But – what really surprised him were the evident hints, who was acting in which way there – in the background – behind the curtains – far off from any media event public life.
Roberto Saviano, the journalist and author of “Gomorrah”7 – dealing with the Camorra from Naples and the worldwide web of the different Southern Italian Mafia Clans recently said: ” What allows the Calabrian Mafia, the ‘Ndrangeta to be that strong in Germany is the fact, that Germans never generated a Mafia on their own. Many Germans collaborate with the Italians, but they aren’t able to organize themselves, because the cultural, familiar and religious structures are missing. Try to figure out, what it would mean for a German, to live hidden from the outside in a subterranean bunker for ten years. This kind of sacrifice doesn’t make any sense to somebody, who doesn’t come from a totally despaired region. The German drug traffickers are weak, they talk immediately, they buckle much earlier than the Italians. Maybe one can make drug or weapon deals with them, but they cannot build up an organization.”8 What the 1979 born Roberto Saviano cannot know is, that Germans always used to build up their kind of Mafia as “joint ventures” between an exuberant administrative apparatus and the military-industrial complex. And – nowadays those, who already built up Hitler in the 1930s – those big companies, threatened by decentralized industrial production – owning many industrial urban wasteland areas – especially here and in the Ruhr Area – they are getting prepared for the “New World Order” – generating money in the real estate branch at home and – producing the weapons somewhere else for maintaining the status quo elsewhere: In Angola, where Chancellor Merkel recently made some weapon deals 9 – with Saudi-Arabia – a planned much more lucrative tank-deal, that was leaked by the SPIEGEL recently 10– with Algeria, where especially Mr. Sarkozy is afraid of any slight change – cause – Algeria and its liberation war between 1954 until 1962 caused the great failure of the “Grande Nation” in the 20th century and – the banlieus – the suburbs of French towns are full of angry young Algerians, who feel that defeat - and the treatment of third class immigrants every day. 11
That way Germany tries to establish the new European policy – the predefence of the European fortress against any migrants coming from the Southern hemisphere – and – those companies, which already built up Hitler – are making the biggest money – while they simultaneously try to generate money for urban development on these places, they left over in their homeland – the country , that used to be called “the country of poets and thinkers”- but – that now has already turned to be once more “the country of judges and hangmen”. This time – that’s the decisive difference – the country doesn’t shout with the voices of Hitler and Goebbels and a lot of propaganda and tam-tam. The system is much more refined – a perfect German Mafia system indeed. Silently dealing with the Omertà12 behind closed doors. Traces towards the mechanism, how that totalitarian system – StasiBND 2.011 is working on all levels for controlling the markets – and – how these monopoles get protected are leaked in the first book – written in German. And- as “there’s honor amongst thieves” – the author wouldn’t get a lawyer, no publicity, no project at all – no editor – no doctoral advisor. Knowing, that nobody will pay him anyway in a paranoid country – running for the last cash – he’s currently living in a (virtual ) concentration camp – Auschwitz, Block 6 – right behind the Gas chamber.
