Well – the Peace Nobel Price isn’t rewarded just like that every day and – indeed you’ve done quite a good job recently – the rhetoric you used for demonstrating, who’s the boss to Israel’s hawks, who are really that paranoid and deeply traumatized by their tragic younger history – that was quite impressive, but – the strategy of those smart raptors seems quite flexible. The hawks in the financial-military-complex – the industrial component they rather seem to want to take “back into the homeland” - „Heim ins Reich“ – they always seem to find new gaps.
You should take care, Mr. President – although it’s the time of election campaigns – it would be sad, if soon there won’t be anyone any more, who could tell the story of your Peace Noble Price – a real pity.
1.   All the so called “experts” ignore the main – the Leitmotiv of the hawks between Pentagon, Wall-Street and Knesset and their multiple fellowmen on the upper oligarchy levels – mainly out of well-known reasons of Political Correctness: the threat of loss of power and therefore – loss of face together with maximized suppression of much disliked facts, that could arrive there at the increasingly concaved forehead.
2.   Also within the last attempt to install an assumed world domination in a militant way – then done by that lunatic from Braunau – the would-be mediocre – rather bad artist the whole thing started with a union with the financial-military-industrial complex. January 26^th / 27^th 1932 Hitler stayed at the Industrial Club at Düsseldorf and held a speech, wherein he gained the support of the smokestack industry of the Ruhr Mining area. He also promised therein as part of the deal to break up the uprising working class, whose upheavals were caused by the World Economic crisis 1929 and the burden of WW1 reparations in the most “sustainable” way. ¹ 
A job, he definitely managed with German precision.
3.   The first phase of the enabling act in the US – the USA Patriot Act as a consequence of 911 also got agreed after a missile, that was sold as an airplane had crashed exactly into that newly restored wing of the Pentagon, where all material for the several billion – or trillion Dollar leak in the US defense budget was archived. The big leak, that was presented to Rumsfeld as the freshly sworn Defense Secretary of the first Bush Junta. Despite of the PNAC (Project for a New American Century) – Doctrine from autumn 2000 for “Rebuilding America’s defenses” and for “safeguarding access to resources – particularly the oil fields” ² perhaps he then was still misconceived with all his naivety, that he could do a “quiet and upright job”. In fact – in the case of all these guys they are mostly a) old men with a simple unilateral view of the world, where there are no real opponents and enemies on their noisily rumbling way through World history or b) guys, who are permanently using micro strategies for camouflaging cascades of faults and failures and who that way more and more concave applicable law on the whole by everyday’s trifle discussions. And – the big picture then gets more and more hidden by the daily information overkill as well. The own position of those ones indeed in everyday business as usual goes under in the legal vacuum they create with all the back spaces behind the curtains in front of their own conscience for the noisy ghosts - a) here.  And – that way they also assure their own look into the mirror with a clear conscience.
4.   In the book with the German title “The Flexible Human” – in the US-original it’s called “The Corroded Character” US sociologist Richard Sennett is speaking of oligopolies, reigning everywhere. Acting as monopoles they concentrate power in a tremendous way but always keep their decentralized character by means of a discontinuous institutional rebuilding process and their flexible specialization of production of material and/ or ideal values of what so ever kind ³. 
That way it’s guaranteed, that they cannot be attacked that easily. Those in power are always enabled to appease any criticism – any attempt, that could question or even harm “the system” they protect by every trick in the book and permanently hinting towards the big picture and the necessity of its unconditional conservation for public security– and for maintaining law and order. That way it’s also consistently suggested, that this includes as well safety and law and order for benefits of the ordinary Joe and his small savings account or the tiny shareholder – and the senior citizen, whose biggest desire is to spend the well deserved evening of his and his wife’s life in peace – despite of target-2-saldi ⁴ or similar things. Within that method any subjects endangering “the system” might as well get switched off – permanently urging the public to look into the other direction ignoring harmful facts – the debris of failures and incapacities to deal with – and to solve issues.
5.   That phase of the enabling act which might follow now and which is moved forward by the global decentralized “administration of stagnation” – the (neo-) feudal organs, whose main job seems to be the maintenance of power sees all the three columns of the world financial system in a highly endangered condition:  - IMF / World Bank / Dollar are a complete and utter mess with permanent wars and decreasing support of the people – the 99 % also in the US itself. Following Greg Smith from Goldman Sachs and the anonymous “key witness” from JP Morgan now even the boss of the FED Dallas is getting cold feet and claims an end to the „Too-Big-To-Fail-Dogma “ ⁵ – saying, that also big banks should be broken up if the recovery of the national economy requires that. – The Euro zone – the consistent micromanagement of Merkozysts at the end of the day has resulted into the European “leadership” being a splintered bunch of post-heroic bogglers, who are just trying to escape from the US gun and from time to time defend themselves with wads of cotton wool against single small-shot charges. That way they also get rid of any kind of legitimation by those treated as voting cattle on the arid grazing land. 
The own cascades of failures instead, which increasingly more people in Old Europe realize – there’s no way back – thus – close the eyes and break on through to the other side – whereto?- Alas – yep! – Oh well! – Iran truly also is evil !
China meanwhile is standing in front of a gigantic overproduction and mainly – real estate bubble – “Urban development following the classical model – as we know it from Manchester, Chicago, Berlin or St. Petersburg are still ongoing nowadays in China and some other regions. But it cannot be neglected, that the industrial revolution in China’s cities excludes comparable developments at other places. It absorbs all capacities for products of the light industry – and increasingly for anything else…” -  so US-sociologist Mike Davis. ⁶
Financial crisis – Euro crisis – Recession as the writing on the wall – hyperinflation and together with that mass uprisings of the armies of migrant workers – all that becomes clearly apparent before the party-leaders faces – people, who have to act for almost 1/5^th of mankind and who now increasingly seem to go for a forward escape. The only way therefore – as it seems. (An amendment to that will follow soon)
Because – having said that - people in the Kingdom, that is permanently struggling to find its Middle never want to fall back to the times following the Opium Wars, when China had to accept defeat – and humiliation, knowing that, if you are backward you will take a beating. And – those beatings China never wanted to take that way from the West again.
Who for that matter really wants that, Mr. President ? Your ancestors in Kenya or former neighbors in Jakarta, who perhaps also don’t belong to the 1 %  for sure won’t like that as well.

6.   Thus – what does the Chinese dragon do, who doesn’t like to be humiliated consistently and who has realized, that the high initial speed and the strategic cleverness and flexibility are the only advantage after many stupidities, one perhaps needed to do, because one wanted to be on top together with the others?
The “new capitalists” got on board of the train of (predator) capitalism, which is now running since about 40 years in the West – currently delivered from any brakes just at half time – thus after 20 years. Now the “new capitalists” try to bury the long-term rivalry with others and try to gain Russia’s Putin and Singh’s India as partners. And – from Putin as much as from China there are new tones to listen to – a kind of self-reflective return to old – therefore egalitarian values. “Economic development as a matter of principle serves to make people as a whole happy” – says China’s ambassador Hu in the presentation of the 12^th five-year plan in May 2011. And – Beijing steers enormously against uncontrolled neoliberal growth these days. The magical hand has given way to a hard steering hand. The only – but therefore a hard and tough way. 
Everything just propaganda? Hardly ever. In the West one should talk less about the propaganda on the other side and should better care for the weals on the own forehead, caused by one’s own failed longing for predominance. And – one shouldn’t blame others for the fact, that one hit his head again and again.
Well – in China instead 170 years after the first opium War one should finally see, that “reconciliation with the past comes by understanding its complexities, rather than turning it into a simple morality tale” ⁷.

7.   And – one hears distinct warnings – perhaps from Putin at the Munich security conference – against the unleashed financial- military-(industrial) complex particularly in the US. 
And – while the European rabbit continues to escape from terrific small-shot charges – hobbling over the mowed meadow desperately looking for the destroyed and smoked out burrow reports say, that “coinciding with Chinas expansion The US Is Placing More Troops In The Pacific Than At Any Time Since World War II”. ⁸   That Chinas build up of arms rather is a reaction to permanent US-saber-rattling and the reason for the expansion of the here industrial-financial-military complex has more defensive than real offensive reasons – every human, who’s able to think a bit deeper should soon be able to realize that. 
At the end of the day just the simple fact, that the first Bush Junta is still on the loose is speaking for itself about, who`s still in authority in the „Corporate States of America“. But – some seem to feel the ice cold metal of the barrel of the gun on their own tongue. Hitler in that moment 1945 was at least once a reasonable and empathetically thinking and feeling human and just squeezed the trigger. This might yet be making too great demands on many of those, who don’t want to loose their face and might even want to enjoy the hollow moment of almightiness at this point. 

That way it’s getting more and more evident, how the strategy of the total enabling act of the financial-military complex – and the act of bringing home the industrial component from the world’s work benches in the Southern Hemisphere – particularly in the Middle Kingdom should look like – at least, how the smartest or – at least the bravest hawks paint that out in their wildest dreams:
-     In the moment of the Israeli attack on Iran – an attack, which is more or less mainly advanced by a paranoid and deeply traumatized nation and its existentially threatened leadership, which then acts as spearhead of the apparatus, which is located in the secure backspace between Wall-Street and Pentagon also the European rabbit will be endangered. A heart attack might affect the poor animal.
Ergo afterwards also the European financial space can be occupied – all further measurements for safeguarding of leadership with the vassal regimes there are just a home run – particularly regarding the endangered Merkozy Berlin-Uckermark-Vichy-Paris axis.
And – there are enough supporters on the upper cast levels welcoming that as well. Particularly the complete competence vacuum in the foreign office of the shadow of “New Teutonia” will emphasize again and again, how important the unconditional support of Israel is for Germany – also when – what should be expected – this won’t be a  happy waltz – instead the evil Assad and the evil Achmadinejad will also brazenly defend themselves. The same way, this some time ago was done by the evil Saddam and just recently by the evil Gaddafi. What shouldn’t justify dictators like these aforesaid gentlemen. But – are they that alone on the thrones of Vanitas  - the unlimited and seemingly almighty vanity?
-     MOUT – Military Operations on Urbanized Terrain ⁹ commandos in the US and EUROGENDFOR ¹⁰ and partner brigades – for sure also with German special units – somehow following a mandate and a paymaster amongst them are training fighting primary urban insurgences already since a bit longer and – Europe has learnt a lot in the last years – particularly in the next real test case, in Athens, whereas units following MOUT latest since 1997 are training in the slums of destroyed fragments of US-Cities like Detroit and LA and that way were also able to fight a Blitzkrieg in Bagdad and that way could also control this city and some others. Which was the price, needed to be paid – by US and other citizens, Mr. President ?
-     When in spring 1996 in the US-Army War College Journal was written: “The future of warfare lies in the streets, the draining channels, the highrisers and the ocean of houses shaping the destroyed cities of the world. … Our youngest military history is larded with city names like Tuzla, Mogadischu, Los Angeles (!), Beirut, Panama City, Hué, Saigon, Santo Domingo – but these crashes are just the prologue of the real drama, we’re facing soon,” ¹¹ the world didn’t have an idea yet, that this by the PNAC would soon become an official under cover doctrine of a “government” – therefore a guideline for a World-(destruction) order. 
Should that eternally go on like that within that project for a new American century, Mr. President ?
-     Alliances of hawks and rabbits – such as between financial oligarchs and the stirrers in the Pentagon in the US and their loyal followers in Europe mostly end that way, that the leading rabbit sacrifices its missing descendants to the smart and fast as lightning hawk. Cause – the bird with the taste of cold metal on his tongue has clever survival instincts – we’re dealing here with humans, whose instincts generally go far beyond anything another animal ever could arrive at – until the self-extinction also of the descendants – just for not loosing one’s face.
-     In the Pacific Area they would try to control China pretty quickly – strategic war games are mostly also characterized by the fact, that people, who often cannot even stand the view of blood and perhaps never have seen a dead body and who don’t have any idea about, how it is, when a human – when a living being fades away give orders, wherein by following them that actually is happening in masses – killing – people and other “lower valued life”. 
The horror itself permanently gets suppressed – like any unwanted rubbish. Everything becomes a promenade – an easy game. Precise, clinically perfect killing – extinction just of the evil – with other words – purely maximized suppression.
-     Appeals from “concerned citizens” in the web etc. – that doesn’t count a lot for the maximized suppressors. Mostly this doesn’t even arrive in the partitioned upper hierarchy levels. Removal of camouflage and – mass demascerade – that might be better. The loss of face should be complete – appeasement should be difficult – almost impossible. When one or the other old man or woman sees his yacht battleshipped in the seized harbors of Bermuda and cannot stand the cold metal at his tongue any more and might even pull the trigger – of course – into the right direction – not shooting anyone else before - it should be right, that he or she is taking this freedom – as a last honorable act, that actually offshows, that somewhen one somehow becomes human and thinks for moments of emphatic intuition of coming generations on the only planet, where humans could live hitherto.
-     Then step by step the way should be cleared for what Jeremy Rifkin called the “Third industrial Revolution” ¹². A long and hard way, which also just is the way into a new era of an “Empathetic Civilisation” ¹³ to say it again with that US-socilogist. Totally overdue, when someone imagines, for how long the global administration of stagnation has run down the planet – mostly because of private economic interests and without any error correction.
And – Charles Darwin, who always denied the transfer of his evolutionary theory on humans might finally be able to get some sleep.
-     All that won’t become a waltz. There will be many irrational acts. The great passage of arms instead – the uncontrolled escalation of exponents of the human kind, who don’t really seem to know, what they are doing – that should definitely be avoided. 
There’s still a lot of work to do for you, Mr. President. But – no worries – You’re not alone.
Demasking – uncovering potential strategies instead might cause some irritation and – perhaps also desertion of some rational personalities – such as Greg Smith and others. And it enables also some out of those gigantic pressure groups and their political confederates to finally listen to some reason by offering a leniency program, that should also guarantee them exemption from punishment – when they are willing to collaborate at the revealing and prosecution of further delinquents.

One thing instead is for sure – Mr. President – the 99 % in the US – and those, slowly starting to wake up in Old Europe – and – those are getting more and more – they refer quite correctly to the tradition of humanism -– and they feel their “homeland” – their “Heimat” to say it in German – their “Watan”, as it is called in Dari in Afghanistan deeply rooted in the history of mankind on South and North – on East-Western divan at home and in the haggard soils there – in the skies above the smog urging for air to breathe – in polluted rivers diving in the dump with the last fish – and – they won’t let themselves enslave – we’re free people – and – we will also die as those.
Speak the word to your customers, you actually didn’t want to serve that way when moving into your adventure White House – who at the end of the day permanently show you, where to move with your beautiful country, whose constitution was founded on the barrel of a gun.

Single empires, reigning the world – that will never happen on earth – neither Nazi-Germany could make it, nor the Corporate States of America will be sustainable – both will just leave over loads of burnt soil – and – this is true today even more than almost 67 years ago.
That lesson you should have learnt much better than some desperate and increasingly blinded hawks - particularly as someone honored with an award, you still haven’t deserved.
Thus – you should finally deserve your price or – if there soon still should be a history to narrate to who ever will be there – take care, that you you won’t be treated as a fraud – but as a hero in that narration.
Cause – one always rests lonesome – as the one or the other.
The fact, that Peace is more than just the absence of war – if it should really have some value – your ancestors, wherever they come from also know better.
Thus – good luck, Mr. President. It’s high time for finally starting over.
Cause – there’s not a lot of time left – saying – for us, as a whole.

And – as this is a US-Forum with servers in NYC and you should feel the anger of someone, who permanently moves rocks uphill and who knows, that he’s speaking into the void – as those, who should really be addressed to are busy – like all of us – I might soon take myself that kind of freedom, good never old Albert Camus awards the lucky Sisyphos and translate that whole stuff into English.
Perhaps one up there with you might listen, Mr. President.
Cause – at the end of the day you’re not that much of a bad guy, as many people want to turn you into, aren’t you ?

Epilogue written on Good Friday, April 6th – one more time regarding things from China – particularly now regarding the discussions in Germany around the prose poem by Günther Grass – German Literature Nobel Price winner – with the title – “What needs to be said” ¹⁴ :
Erich Fried, himself also a Jewish man from Vienna – or – a Viennoise Jew – a Jewish citizen – a poet and thinker, whose Dad died in 1938 after he had an interview with the Gestapo – the son, who then escaped via Belgium to London and lived there until 1962, then moved to Vienna again – he has also written many poems addressed to Israel – also “warning poems” or even one called – “Listen, Israel !” ¹⁵.
Of course – time doesn’t heel deep wounds of that kind, Jewish citizens – the Jewish People had to take by Nazi Germany. Nevertheless there should be always looked for a way for communication – not for continuous projection. That seems less and less the case and it just is a complete contradiction to the banal quote used here – about time healing wounds.
Of course – it mustn’t be said here, that the one writing here doesn’t think, that Ahmadinejad is a saint – he’s a dictator, who weakens and divides the proud Persian nation as much as all others following the fall of Mohammed Mossadegh in1953 – which also happened for letting flow Iranian oil again – especially for the US ¹⁶.
How much quotes and comments by Ahmadinejad regarding Israel were torn from the context and were intentionally misinterpreted in translations – there are many contradictional reports about that – for and against the accused. Following the “In dubbio pro Reo“ in the case of misunderstandings the dialogue – the talk has to be sought. At least this could be called a civilized way of dealing with each other and – that seems to lack completely here – only on behalf of the David Ahmadinejad or also on behalf of the Goliath  - the US and Israel ?
As a nation with a certain culture, which per se always had a good relationship to Iran, which also regards itself as a constitutional state Germany could be a good negotiator for that. But – that would also mean, showing honor and pride – and the ability of learning from the shadows of history – something, that isn’t shown too often by the participants in that conflict these days.
Who’s continuously licking wounds with a tongue, which has the taste of a hot dish with loads of chili still on it soon needs to be asked the question, what he or she actually is doing wrong or – what his or her real target is.
All the claims against Grass immediately move over to the usual stereotypes for then attacking him with assaults on the personal level – using fine, but very accurately positioned masses of needles over him. The discussion on the level of facts – regarding people in the Middle and Near East and their right to live – a world community, that should expect some rational and smart behavior particularly from its biggest powers is completely lacking.
And – when the one writing here wants to show off the analogies between the speech of Hitler in the Industrial Club at Düsseldorf and the current financial-military-industrial network relationships in the phenomenological sense, so one shouldn’t immediately shout out, that someone here is mixing up delinquents and victims or that he even spits at the six million victims of the holocaust.
In dubbio pro reo also means, one might reflect a little bit about the context, wherein the author compares which characters on which level – in what sense one event and the other one is independently comparable from another event and another character – focusing more on the motivation and the kind of marriages of convenience for arriving at which kind of hard and soft  - short and long-term targets, which are evident there. And – regarding the observation, that there are also similar interest groups in the background – the more striking the analogy per se as hypothesis is.
Referring to the subject of the “conspiration theory” – man’s herd instinct might be most obvious in the moments of the martyr cult or – the mob law – both lead to the deepest catharsis. The better it is, when added to that an increase in power and wealth can be expected.
But – in the case of events like the conflict between Israel and Iran, the world is steered into these days experience of history says, that wealth and power just of a small group of people are growing in a situation like that – the famous 1 % and – whether they might be able to profit from that for long – one mustn’t be named Einstein to doubt that. ¹⁷
